Virginia-headquartered risk analytics firm QOMPLX has acquired Hyperion Gray, a cybersecurity research and development company based in North Carolina, according to Reinsurance News. Sunnyvale, California-based enterprise security firm Fortinet has acquired ShieldX, a cloud and network security startup based in San Jose, CRN reports.
